The anchor point has two sets of holes – one in the recessed area and one in the flange area
Recessed – hole for #12 screw (0.22” diameter) in a square pattern with 2.5” per side
Flange – hole of 5/16” screw (.34” diameter) in a square pattern with 3.75” per side
The flange’s set hole spacing is 3.75” x 3.75”
