Can I anchor a winch to concrete flooring?

Anchoring a winch to a concrete slab is not something we can provide instructions for.

Concrete has many different characteristics and finishing forms that would need to be considered,  

1. What is the PSI of the concrete use in the slab
2. Does the slab have reinforce Re-Bar or square wire mesh reinforcement
3. How thick is the slab
4. How old is the concrete
5. Does the mounting of the winch to the slab utilize a sheer or vertical load on the mounting bolts
6. Etc..

There are just to many factors that we cannot supply instructions and that would make us liable if the consumer failed to do something correctly.
