How to check the Brushes for replacement

KAC15111 - KAC1500 replacement Motor Brushes, Set of 2 w/holders (Carbon Brushes)

Unscrew the plugs and remove the brushes. Check to make sure the spring is applying force when the cap is screwed in the motor.

Make sure the brushes are not broken, cracked and are in good condition, No Rust or Corrosion.

Look inside the brush sockets and make sure the inside of the socket housing is clean and no rust or corrosion.
