Made for use to transport vehicles with a tow dollie. This over-the-wheel strap includes the ratchet and safety hooks with latches.
The 04512 Over-the-Wheel strap should only be used on tires that have an outside diameter ranging from 20” – 24” (max tire width = 8”).
This item is typically used as a replacement strap on RV dollies.
It does not include a ratcheting mechanism (this is typically part of the RV dollie).
There is only (1) 04512 strap per package.
Keeper over-the-wheel tie downs are made for full size automotive tires.
